Then print the document with Adobe Reader. To download and store the study guide onto your computer, right click on the title and click "save target as" (or "save link as"). You will need to identify the location on your computer at which the PDF file is to be stored.

Adobe Reader is available free from Adobe.com. It is the program needed to display PDF files. Most computers will already have it installed, but if you don't have Adobe Reader, click on the icon to the right. Be sure to use your "back" button to return to Theox.org.To listen to the Sabbath School discussion, click on any numbered "Listen and/or Download" link to the right of the lesson title above and it will open in your favorite MP3 player (any installed MP3 player will work).
